Booking Terms & Conditions — Greenland Waterfront

By confirming a booking at Greenland Waterfront, guests agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment. Without advance payment, the booking request will remain on hold and will not be considered confirmed. A confirmation email from the property will be sent once the booking is successfully secured.

Check-in & Check-out
Check-in time: After 1:00 PM
Check-out time: Before 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their booking up to 7 days prior to the arrival date for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival may not be eligible for a refund.

Payment Policy
Full or partial advance payment (as communicated during booking) is mandatory to confirm the reservation.

Property Rules

• Guests are requested to respect the peaceful nature of the property and surrounding environment.

• Loud music and disturbances are not permitted after reasonable hours.

• Any damage to property or equipment will be chargeable.

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.

• Management reserves the right to refuse service in case of inappropriate behavior.

Booking Validity
A booking is considered valid only after a confirmation email is sent by Greenland Waterfront.
